Government Degree College, Ramannapet is located in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District of Telangana. The college is situated in a peaceful natural environment and is spread over 4 acres of land. It was established on 24-08-1994 with the aim of providing higher education to students from poor and rural backgrounds and helping them build a better future through quality education. The college started in a small private building with B.A., B.Com., and B.Sc. (MPC & BZC) courses. In 1999, it was shifted to the present campus. The college is located about 2 km from Ramannapet town, in a calm area surrounded by agricultural fields. Since 2014, the institution has been under the jurisdiction of Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda. The college works to reduce the gap between rural and urban students and to prepare them for the modern competitive world. It has qualified and dedicated lecturers who guide and support students in their academic and personal growth. Ramannapet is a mandal headquarters located in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District of Telangana. It lies on the Deccan Plateau at an average elevation of 300–320 metres above mean sea level. Historically, the area forms part of a region with evidence of prehistoric human habitation and later came under the influence of the Chalukya and Kakatiya dynasties. Ramannapet enjoys good road connectivity and is located near National Highway-65 (Hyderabad–Vijayawada). The seminar aims to create a platform to know the recent innovations in the field of Social Sciences, Commerce and Science among the Faculty, Research Scholars and Students. It is designed to explore and enhance the research activities by acquiring the knowledge of recent advances by the keynote speeches. The main objectives include enhancing awareness about recent advances in Social Science, Commerce and Science, exploring new innovations, interacting with Senior Professors, and inspiring young minds towards research.

Participants are invited to submit their abstracts and full-length research papers related to the themes and sub-themes of the Seminar. The abstract should not exceed 300 words and must be prepared in MS Word, using Times New Roman font, size 12, 1.5 line spacing, and justified alignment. The abstract must include the author's name, affiliation, and e-mail ID. Selected research papers will be published in the form of Seminar Proceedings in an ISSN peer-reviewed journal with minimum Article Processing Charges (APC).
