COP 26 and latest IPCC assessments very clearly indicate that the planet earth is reeling under the threat of climate change effects. The wetlands, biodiversity of both flora, fauna, microbes, usable lands, all natural ecosystems including terrestrial and aquatic, are facing acute losses and degradation as well. It also aims to bring together leading academicians, researchers, environmentalists, policymakers, and students to deliberate on one of the most pressing environmental challenges of our time. Scheduled over two days, this seminar will serve as a platform for rich discussions, knowledge sharing, and collaborative dialogue focused on conserving biodiversity and promoting sustainable development in the face of climate change and desertification.
